What they wanted

Fran is a registered Chinese herbalist in Uckfield. She'd started building her own website and found it was eating time she didn't have, without getting her what she wanted.

She needed a site that explained her work in plain words, a logo to go with it, and somewhere to sell her topical products.

What I built

A new logo, shaped with her as her ideas changed
A site designed and built from scratch
Treatment, what to expect and FAQ pages
A small online shop for her topical products
Google reviews on the home page and a mailing-list sign-up
Local search set-up, so people around Uckfield can find her

Matt was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - i tried to build my own website and wasted a lot of time not really knowing what I was doing - in came Matt and sorted it all out. He also designed my logo and was very receptive to ideas and also to me changing my mind - he quickly understood the brief. He worked quickly, was very easy to communicate with and i would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Matt!

Since launch

What I've added and changed since the site went live.

Added her new Diploma in Practical Dermatology in Chinese Medicine to her About page, with links to the dermatology register and her RCHM profile so visitors can check them
Made sure her site was protected within a day of a serious security flaw being announced in the software it runs on (October 2026)
