When do I pay the £300?
Only after our free call, once we've agreed what your site includes. It starts the design and build.
What does the £50 a month cover?
Hosting, security updates, small changes to words and images, new pages within reason, and direct access to me. It runs for two years from launch, with no auto-renewal.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays). If you email me and don't get a reply in that time, that month's £50 is free.
What's in the Launch Pack?
Book within two weeks of our free call and it's included at no extra cost: your Google Business Profile set up, a launch post for your Facebook and Instagram, your first email inbox set up (normally £75), and a handover pack with every login, in your name.
Can you look after my social media?
Yes, as an add-on for £250 a month. Each month I plan your posts and make 3 a week in your branding, using your own photos. You approve every post before I schedule it on Facebook and Instagram. No lock-in. Replying to comments and running ads aren't included. I take on two social clients at a time.
How long does it take?
Most sites go from first call to launch in 3 to 5 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come in.
Do I own my site and domain?
Yes. The site, the domain and your data are yours.
Do you only build for health practices?
No. Most of my clients are practitioners, but the same care suits any small business: tradespeople, accountants, coaches and consultants.
What happens after two years?
Carry on at the same rate, switch to help as and when you need it, or take the site on yourself. Your call, no lock-in.
